In Arcadia Quest players lead guilds of intrepid heroes on an epic campaign to dethrone the vampire lord and reclaim the mighty Arcadia for their own. But only one guild may lead in the end so players must battle against each other as well as against the monstrous occupying forces.
Arcadia Quest is a campaign-based game for 2 to 4 players where each player controls a guild of three unique heroes facing off against the other players and the various monsters controlled by the game. Players need to accomplish a series of quests in order to win each scenario and choose where to go next in the campaign.
Players are able to choose the path their campaign takes navigating through six out of eleven available scenarios so each time the campaign is played it can have a different configuration of scenarios. As the campaign progresses the heroes are able to acquire new weapons equipment and abilities that give them powerful options to tackle the obstacles ahead. Furthermore by fulfilling specific quests in a scenario players unlock exclusive features in subsequent scenarios.

Arcadia Quest: Riders is a new modular expansion for Arcadia Quest and Arcadia Quest: Inferno and requires either core set to play.Each Guild will get a mount. Mounts allow a Hero to saddle up and ride into battle in style. Mounts all have a shove-style ability being able to clear other characters out of the way. They will also all have a unique ability giving each Mount something cool they can do. And like the Pets they will have specialized gear that they can use to enhance their abilities and increase their survivability on the battlefield.Along with the mounts the expansion will also have two brand-new heroes as well as a brand-new major villain and a brand-new minor villain. The set also comes with a new 6-mission campaign. There are alternate scenarios for use with other Arcadia Quest expansions as well: if you have the Pets expansion there’s an alternate version of one of the scenarios that makes specific use of that material. Same goes for Beyond the Grave. And if you have both there’s yet another alternate scenario you can try out.—description from the publisher

Starcadia Quest - Showdown is a brand-new expansion that complements not only Starcadia Quest but also plugs into the Arcadia Quest series as well! Showdown is not about going on an arduous quest to defeat evil monsters, no siree! Showdown introduces a new mode: full Player-versus-Player deathmatches that will see players draft & pick all-new Upgrade tokens and enter a vicious arena to battle enemy Crews!The action in Showdown takes place in a Double-sided Game Board, with one side designed for 3-4 players, and a 2 players version on the back. With its tight corridors and sharp turns, the Crews (and Guilds) will see themselves immersed into non-stop action! Only 1 Stimpack, 1 Recharge Token and 2 Computer Terminals are still functioning in the arena and sometimes become contested hotspots. In Showdown, the Crews don’t claim Victory by accumulating Victory Points: the first Crew that manages to score 3 Kills is deemed Victorious!Thanks to the Hollow Deck technology, Starcadians can conjure up the legendary Heroes from ancient Arcadia to test their mettle!
