Het koninkrijk Rolldovia is in rep en roer. De koningin heeft besloten dat er een nieuwe hoofdstad moet komen aangezien de oude hoofdstad werd overvallen door barbaren en bandieten uit het zuiden. Als leiders van één van de invloedrijke adellijke families van het land concurreren spelers met elkaar om hun provinciale stad te promoten als beste nieuwe hoofdstad voor Rolldovia. Daarvoor zijn diverse opties zoals sterke legers bouwen fraaie gebouwen maken of handelsroutes openen.
